As a mechanical Engineer, have been involved with many different fields of Engineering. Products ranging from, design to concept for the market. Most of the products were taken from the customer’s ideas, to manufacturing and sales. Involved with many product improvements and provided innovation technology without compromising quality.
Designed and built multiple types of manufacturing machines. Customer support both development and determining needs and strategic planning, to provide and development of tooling, machines and equipment. Met with client and customers to review products specification’s and define scope. Helped with the oversight of the installation, startup of ISO qualifications. When required. I would put into Planed workforce utilization, for space and equipment layouts. Established and reinforced maintenance and safety procedures. Worked with planning and design teams to drive product development to conclusion. Authorized the assembly process procedures, maintenance and testing procedures.
Have been involved, with concept medical devices, to FDA presentation. Specialized equipment, for testing medical devices, both in and out of the body. Worked on a project to improve the manufacture of Medical Tubing, used in the manufacture, of Catheters. (ALL TYPES)(PLASTIC EXTRUSION)
Directly involved with:
Machining and Fabrication – Sheet metal
Injection Molding – Medical Extrusion
Automation – Vacuum forming
LED Lighting – Medical products
Urethane Application – HVAC, both commercial and residential
Thermal Engineering – Electrical Work
