1.Review the contract documents of the project,

Contractor’s work program and construction methodology and advice TL/RE if modification is needed.

2.Review and check time to time accomplishment of the Contractor.

3.Supervise Contractor the preparation of the quantity take off and volume calculation of all the items involve.

4.Check construction drawings submitted by the Contractor prior for construction.

5.Check the monthly Interim Payment Certificate, variation orders, unit cost analysis, claims submitted by the Contractor.

6.Supervise Consultant Inspectors regarding the daily activities report they are preparing.

7.Collect everyday all communication documents submitted by the Contractor to the Consultant.

8.Monitor/Supervise the construction supervision activities in accordance with the conditions of contract, FIDIC and specification

9.Review all claims submitted by the Contractor and provide advice to the RE the validity of the claim, the effect of such claim on the construction schedule and the cost of the project.

10.Review and comments on the monthly progress reports submitted by the Contractor detailing the work undertaken during the previous month, the progress of the work against the approved schedule, the problems and difficulties encountered by the Contractor and other issues requested by the Employer;

11.Assist the RE in convening regular site meetings with Contractor to discuss issues and problems affecting the progress, and brief the Employer.

12.Assist RE in coordinating with the relevant local government authorities/agencies so as to minimize disruption to the works program, as required by the Contractor.
