Tittle: Optimization in Manufacturing process of Aircraft Components

(Actuator Beam and Web Frame) (12/2019-02/2020)

Description: Lean manufacturing implementation in Actuator Beam and Web Frame manufacturing industry to reduce waste like optimized production time, rework, machine loading and unloading by using machining fixtures, increased productivity, profitability, low electricity consumption for the company etc. By eliminating way of wastes from raw material and establish single piece flow of product. We use continuous improvement for optimized Mastercam NC programming. Some kaizen were implemented to process to reduce wastes. Future state process continuous improvement construct with improvement.
