Spearheaded, mostly autonomous, the daily operation of an underperforming business unit with a primary emphasis on re-building the organization for a family held group of companies. Launched a comprehensive analysis centered on the interworkings of the organization to implement changes for immedidate return to profitability followed by revenue growth.
