A mechanical engineer with 8 years of experience in engineering, design, quality assur- ance & quality control (QA/QC) and project management of various industry specializing in Con- struction and Oil & Gas.
I'm previously affiliated with Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. (PPPI) for the past three
(3) years. As a project engineer, I was responsible to different Depot/Terminal and marine facili- ties project with a consolidated budget of PhP 1B. Aside from that, all of the projects are multi disciplines which includes civil, mechanical, electrical, marine facility and automation. My scope is divided into three (3) stages, design, bidding and execution. In design stage, I develop new project which start from conceptual design, cost estimate, scope of works, invitation to bid (ITB) and schedule. During the bidding I work closely with procurement team to lead the bidding, and to evaluate the technical bid offer. At last stage which is the execution of the project, I do project monitoring, budget monitoring, site inspection, testing & commissioning, and prepare the project report & handover documents to the business unit and proponent of the project. Prepare budgetary costing for new proposed project for feasibility study of end user.
Prepare scope of works and invitation to bid by determining costumer requirements
Prepare project schedule with gantt chart and S – Curve
