●Implemented Kanban process for all consumable items in department which resulted in zero line stoppage due to non-availability of consumable material

●Received Performance Appreciation Award twice from Plant Head (AVP) for the contribution in coordination for third party inspection & reducing non conformities at the time of inspection. And for maintaining & tracking the inventory record of consumable items & electricity consumption per month per kVA, monitoring and recording the data for Genset job closing & providing the essential documents regarding third party Inspections.

●Received On the Spot Appreciation awards from Dept. Head for various daily activities including 5S, data monitoring, Record Keeping, proper Documentation etc.
