Project Title: Reverse Vending Machine
Description: A reverse vending machine is a device that accepts used beverage containers and returns money to the user. Basically, the system is implemented in a standard recycle bin provided by local municipal that equipped with microcontroller and collection of sensors. Throughout the process, the sensors responsible to identifying user information, count the inputs and eventually convert the amount to the corresponding points automatically. Once the process completed, the user can claim their points by using RFID point card Industrial Training:
My industrial training was held at ‘KELTRON’ a Kerala Government undertaking company situated at Quilandy, Kozhikode. It is a saga of innovation in electronics. From being a pioneer in 1973 to the role of a trend-setter today, Keltron has been the catalysis for the development of the electronics industry in Kerala. Training attended: Attended Mahindra pride classroom training held at GPC, Mattannur. PROJECT & INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:
o Obtained PGDII (Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation) with a hand on practical experience in field instruments with industrial automation specialized in PLC’s and SCADA.
● Familiar with Process Instrumentation and Control
● Experience in Ladder Logic development and SCADA development.
● Installation and Maintenance of various field instruments such as Pressure switch, temperature switch, level switch, flow switch etc.
● Calibrations of Analog and Digital Transmitters.
● Calibration of digital transmitters using HART communicator
● Loop checking of Field instruments
● Familiarisation of different Test equipments such as Dead Weight Tester.
● Calibration of Gauges- Pressure, Temperature, etc.
