We produce steel castings in weights ranging from 0.06 kg to 7000 kg in a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, wear-resistant, heat-resistant steel, and various high nickel alloy materials including Hast alloy, Inconel, monel, duplex steel, and more. • Handling of instruments like Vernier Caliper,Micrometer,Bore dial,Tube mic,Height gauge.

• Stage wise inspection & First sample inspection will be carried out during patrol inspection.

• PT inspection for final machined component as per the customer requirements.

• Updations of process rework & rejection to reduce the NC parts.

Products we manufacture

• Wedge gate valve assembly from 2.0” to 24.0” .We produce 300 valves per month on an average.

• Machining of all types of foundry parts supplied to our Principals Klaus Union Germany and also to our major foundry customers. (Arca and Adams)

• Machining of Globe valves from 1.0” to 40.0”

• Supply of machined Swing check valve, Double offset valve and Butterfly valve bodies.

• Machining of pump casing and Liners (Under development)
