Job Responsibilities:
Configuring networking and maintaining and troubleshooting network issues.
Installation and Configuration of Application Software like MS-Outlook,MS-Office, SAP,
Installation and Updates of Anti-Virus.
Installation and Configuration of Support Hardware’s Installation, Support and Troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptop and Printers.
WAN connectivity monitoring and liaison with vendors for uptime.
Proper call logging and inventory of all consumables, spare parts and assets.
Follow the Checklist (daily/weekly/monthly) for checking the devices in Board room, conference rooms, director cabins, VC Room, access control system.
Backup and Restore process checklist.
Daily call report in format on calls attended engineer wise and pending calls.
Maintain daily call reports in Excel sheet
VC(video conferencing) Setup and Troubleshooting
Installation and troubleshooting of OS, outlook, other applications at client machines.
Troubleshoot physically and also using remote management tool (BMC Remedy or VNC etc.)
Support Microsoft products [Like Windows 7 and window 10, MS office 2016 and Office 365, outlook]
