EXPERIENCE

·Performs laboratory testing (qualitative and quantitative chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, environmental samples, competitive product analysis, QA, WA and/or stability samples, sterility, bioburden, aseptic filtration, environmental collection and testing, receive, inspect, in process solutions, etc).

·Prepares standards and reagents; calibrates and operates sophisticated laboratory instrumentation such as Analytical Equipment System (e.g., Chem-Station, Empower), HPLC, Titrations, Dissolution, DSC, TGA, FTIR, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, following USP, EP test methods.

·Reviews product certificates of analysis for accuracy and conformance and maintain C of A files

·Performs routine operation, calibration, performance, and maintenance verification of lab equipment and instrumentation (GC/MS, AA, HPLC, FTIR, Raman, UV-Vis, XRF etc.).

·Nuclear Activation Analysis (NAA), Excitation Functions, Cross-Section Data, computational Physics, Radiation Spectroscopy, Semiconductor Detector maintenance, renovation & fabrication, Environmental Radiation, and Radiology.

·Authors method development, method validations, provides input on updated and reviewed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and stability sections of QSR, FDA regulatory submissions.

·Participate in investigations, address Out of Specifications (OOS), resolve deviations and implement CAPA with general supervision.
