• Support the daily production activities of VW Vento, VW Polo, Skoda Fabia and Skoda Rapid models in the plant. • Monitor and log of Daily equipment breakdowns and prepare corrective action taken. Consolidate the breakdown data (machine, time, reason, action taken etc.) conduct root cause analysis and plan the long-term corrective actions to reduce frequent breakdowns.
• Shift planning for resources (team members and equipment). All the resources to be planned for optimum utilization to support all the three shifts of manufacturing activities.
• Determined materials, coordinated, and adjusted daily maintenance plans to meet operational commitments of Production department.
• Identify daily consumable items and critical spare of various machines. Monitor and Analysis to reduce the Spare Consumption Machine Wise.
• Review and plan for spare parts inventory on daily basis. Follow up with purchase department and external supply vendors for spares inventory.
