Responsibilities
Development of Piping and Instrumentation diagrams for plant facilities (Process Unit and Utilities) while applying risk minimisation (ALARP) and inherent safer design.
Pump sizing and determination taken into consideration relevant industry codes, standards and safety specifications.
Process design review scenarios (Pressure Relief) and determination of export pump configuration.
Production of process equipment design specifications and technical reports (Flow instrument & valves).
Review of Engineering philosophies, execution plans and management strategies.

Onshore Responsibilities
Reviewed drilling and completion programs as well as end of well reports of past projects for proper understanding of operations and to act as a guideline for carrying out similar tasks.
Conducted studies on sand control for wells experiencing high sand production and made recommendations to improve the productivity of affected wells.
Created a Well Status Register; a live document containing information such as spud & completion dates, inspection frequency, field details, integrity status, etc. of all wells under Total Deepwater district.
Designed well architecture schematics and performed design compliance on over 27 wells under Deepwater district to identify wells with integrity issues regarding well abandonment & suspension and made recommendations to improve integrity status of non-compliant wells.
Conducted detailed risk assessment on non-compliant wells using 6x6 risk matrix with field operations, Reservoir and Safety affiliates/teams.
Developed and prepared a well intervention program for an acid stimulation operation.
Successfully designed a well using drilling engineering software kit ‘T-Desk’ taking into consideration all drilling parameters such as mud weight, equivalent circulation density, pressures, etc.
