Upgrade of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant – Ultra Filtration Project involved the design and installation of new ultra filtration modules to protect the RO system from contamination. Twenty four ultra filtration modules where installed in two trains controlled by pneumatic butterfly valves. Capital project: R 11m

Project involved the selection and installation of two cartridge filters with pipework and a booster pump. This system is implemented before a RO plant to protect the membranes of the RO’s against contamination. Project cost: R 800K

Root cause analysis using Six Sigma to determine the root cause of faults and breakdowns in the process.
Optimizing and upgrading waste water treatment plant to enable the plant to run at full capacity. Upgrades included: drives for pumps, flow meters and pressure control valves.
