Quantity Surveyor

●Making of BOQ’S for residential buildings, Apartments, Hotels, School buildings. (mainly Royal Oman Police Projects- Police station complex, Barrack

Accommodation complex, Traffic Institutes, Villas, Solid Waste Plant,etc)

●Working with suppliers & finalizing the rates to the contractors, Labour controlling etc ● Making of Estimation for individual units& rate analysis.

●Working out the drawings with Architects (interiors) and finalizing the quotes.

●Monthly & weekly billing for the projects.

●Attaining Qs programs and quality programs to ensure good workmanship for the projects.

●To ensure the quantity for the project from the overseas.

●To Make the Variations for the project compare to that of tender and to ensure the exact budget for the project.

●Coordinating with Architect for finalizing the drawings and getting approval for the drawing .

●Coordinating with Mep Enggs for getting the relevant quotes for the project to ensure that the bud jet of project is in control.

●To control the Material Quantity as minimum at site, update day to day Estimating Material requirement at site.

●Coordinating with purchase team to get the relevant quotes for the project.
