Job Descriptions : Store Keeper / Computer Operator
Handling a store consisting of various types of materials related with Civil, Mechanical and Electrical specialized of GOSP (Gas and Oil Separation Plant) materials. I have well knowledge about pipeline materials such as carbon steel fittings, GI fitting, GRP Pipe and fittings, various types of control valves etc. the following activities are under my responsibility i.e.
Develop and Maintain operating procedure of store as per ISO 9000 norms
Arranging incoming materials for process
Responsible for regulating materials into relevant stores such as regulating stock
Follow-up of materials status falling under review category
Material planning and inventory control
Intending site requisition as per site requirement
Issue of material to the requisition as per FIFO method
Controlling and monitoring materials having shelf life
Responsible for receipt, store of materials apart from the normal activities
responsible for the following activities
Maintenance of stock card or ledger
Recording material receipts and issue reports
Preparation of periodical stock statement
Physical stock verification etc
