EXECUTIVE SYNOPSIS
Site Supervision of HVAC Services of the projects assigned by the Project Manager.
Review shop drawings preparation.
Verification of Materials receiving at site.
Raising purchase requisition as per specification and Drawings.
Arrangement of materials for use on site for smooth continuation of work.
Preparation and Reviews of method statement of all HVAC services.
Attend Regular coordination and progress Meetings.
Supervision of works at site, and progress of work as per schedule.
Arrange inspection of works by the consultant at site upon raising of RFI.
Maintaining proper records of testing and commissioning of individual systems for onward submission.
Close supervision on the installation and fabrication of Ducting and Chilled water piping fo0r the installation of insulations and aluminum cladding work.
Responsible for carrying out the installation of fan coil units, VAVs, Air handling units, CHW pumps, Heat exchangers and necessary piping and ducting.
Responsible for installation of AC grills, diffusers and dampers and co-ordination of BMS damper actuators.
Responsible for CHW Pressure testing, chemical flushing and filling of water on the HVAC line.
Preparing the quantity take off for ordering the materials, placing the order with the supplier and follow up for the material delivery.
Handling the team of installation technicians and guiding the installation foreman for various activities at site.
Planning the day-to-day activities at site and allotting the job to the technicians, monitoring the daily progress of work and preparing the progress reports.
Responsible for fabrication of the ducts at site workshop, providing the guidance and close supervision of the allotted job
Inducting the site technicians and making them aware of the safety health hazards and risks by conducting the tool box talk.
Preparing the As-built sketches for the installations and raising the inspections and carrying out the same along with the consultants.
Responsible for closing out the NCRs and providing the necessary documentation.
Attending weekly coordination meeting with the contractors
Attending progress meeting with Managers and Project Team
Submission of weekly report to planning regarding manpower and work progress. Page 2 of 3
Raising inspection and clearing them from consultants, and verifying the comments raised from consultants for boarding closure
Co-ordinate with consultant regarding the inspection
Co-coordinating with MEP services
De snagging of mechanical comments which given by consultant
Co-coordinating with Final Fix activities for handing over the floors as per the RCP Drawing
Attending the site meetings with the Project Manager for progress work
Preparation of Sub contractor work orders and certifying the Bills as per the submitted invoice. EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
