OVERVIEW

From Jan 2020 upto still working with ABYSSINIA FLAT Products PLC as a Plant Manager, Working Responsibilities Maximum Ingots production from 10 MT Induction Furnace with qualities, incoming scrap management which including segregation,off loading,quality check,pre preparation for melting,Also responsible for production for TMT bar mill

From May 2018 to Jan 2020 working as plant Head (Operations) in Shri Rathi Steel Ltd,work Responsibility TMT bar production with using ingots as a raw materials including minimum misroll,control of wastage,check the quality of TMT bar and ingots, maintain spares, preventive maintenance for RM and all utilities and Furnace

From Feb-2015 to May 2018 (4 years)working with Accurate steel Mills Ltd working as a Manager Operations, Work responsibility including overseeing production & Responsible for Preventive maintenance/Running maintenance, quality & quantity of production, Average of Fuel consumption, Minimising of wastage of to 1%, Furnace Bringing production in line of capacity of furnace. Responsible for production for Ingots with quality from Induction & Induction Furnaces

From Aug. 2014 to Feb 2015 working with Kachchh steel pvt Ltd a unit of Sanghi Industries Ltd (Sanghi Cement) as Production Manager. Responsible of production for reinforcement bars & also responsible for production of Billets from induction Furnace

From Dec.2012 to Aug. 2014(2 Years) working with Neesa Infrastructure Ltd. Ahmadabad, as a Manager Operation & Maintenance. Responsible for Operation for Angle,Channel, Induction Furnace, Preventive/predictive maintenance for all equipment’s & utilities for Section mill, Plant expansion,Pulverized Plant

From October 2008 to Dec 2012(4 years) working with LSR Forge pvt Ltd (LSR Group)- as a Sr. Engineer in operation & maintenance

LSRM the Group’s flagship unit was established in 1937 situated at Ludhiana.

From Jan 2003 to Oct 2008 (6 years) working with Vardman Adarash Ispat Pvt Ltd –TMT bar mill-as a shift in charge-Operation & maintenance in Punjab

Vardman adarash ispat pvt ltd company manufacturing TMT Bar having trade mark kamdenu TMT bar,It has 16”roughing mill, intermediate mill, continuous mill, with Reheating furnace used coal as fuel by Pulverized plant, Twin channel, cooling Bed

Production

Routine Activities :

Responsible for monitor & controls rolling operations to improve key matrix like productivity,quality,fuel,power & safety

Responsible for manage all day to day function & continually improve process involved in rolling TMT bar products, Track the effectiveness of the work instructions, Monitor the preventive maintenance going on in the department

Responsible to ensure product range is clear & to support the sale department by demonstrating the product & answering the queries about its use installation & maintenance

Responsible for Providing technical support to sales team & provide flexible solution for projects

Responsible for provides ongoing technical support to continually improve performance & reduce production cost

Responsible for preparation of roll inventory & analyzing the roll shop related mill problems in production

Monitoring the Billets production & quality from AOD to avoid defects & rejections

Responsible for carrying out fast trouble shooting in case of equipment failure

Responsible for applying engineering solution to rolling mill problems

Responsible for supervising & implementing the modification as & when necessary & execute the same within the stipulated period

Responsible for technical sound to optimizing the cost & reducing the maintenance cost by proper planning & execution
