Engineering Co-Op MB Aerospace: Warren, MI December 2018-August 2020

As former engineering intern, I shadowed an engineer and developed my skills as I helped to problem solve and create a more efficient work environment.

I utilized Inventor, and 2D AutoCAD to help edit and create work instructions for parts.

I have personally helped to shorten the production time on one of the parts by developing a more efficient way to rework attrition liner on a lift fan part.

I utilized my creative problem solving under pressure, communication skills, and passion for understanding processes to make myself a better employee and coworker.

I accepted this position to challenge my artistic capabilities, while having to perform within a given set of rules/methodologies. Responsible for working with long-established recipes and processes, while being asked to be creative and increase the process efficiencies.
