Designee Engineer-Intern

• Used 3D modelling software to design products and components.

• Worked on producing the prototypes and test functionality.

• Improved the efficiency of the manufacture by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

• Created the conceptual and detailed designs of composite components and assemblies

• Performed and reviewed the detailed finite element structural analysis of composite and metallic components

• Developed structural design of products using drafting tools or computer-assisted design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software.

• Tested feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.

• Tested completed projects for functionality and implemented changes to production methods to rectify issues in final products.

Academic Projects and Exposure:

Effect of A Missing Cylinder on Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow in an Array of Cylinders Fall 2019

• Experiments encompassing both heat transfer measurements and flow visualization were performed for crossflow arrays of cylinders in which there is a missing cylinder. Both staggered and in-line arrays were investigated.

• Designed for both fully populated arrays and for arrays which have a missing cylinder using SALOME.CFD Analysis is done using the Open FOAM.

• The result was found that heat transfer in a staggered array is more responsive to a missing cylinder than is an in-line array.

Structural Analysis Of Aircraft Landing Gear Spring 2020

• Aircraft Landing Gear is Designed using SOLIDWORKS and structural Analysis is done using ANSYS.

• The design objective is to minimize ground reaction loads and compare the theoretical results with the computational software(ANSYS), to perform this comparison we get a vision of the deformations that are generated on the landing gear. Advanced Dynamics Spring 2019

• Used Newton second law derive the equations of motion

• Used Lagrange equation to check the equations of motion Vehicle Dynamics Fall 2018

• Designed a control valve to realize the pressure ratio between front and rear brakes under Dry and Wet Conditions.

Bachelor Degree Project July 2016 – May 2017

MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF UNIVERSAL JOINT

• The project utilized a phase trade study approach to design a Pressure vessel.

• The aim of the project: analysis on the pressure vessel whose sole purpose is to withstand the pressure of the substance stored in it.

• Modelling has been done in CREO 3.0 and analysis is done using ANSYS15.0.

• The present study deals with the design of pressure vessel (Carbon steel and stainless steel) and comparing their results by taking the values of Heat flux and Equivalent stress. STRUCTURAL AND THERMAL ANALYSIS OF PRESSURE VESSEL

• Modeling of “Universal joint” where the total design is created and assembled in CREO 3.0.

• This mini project deals with the modelling in PTC CREO parametric 3.0 of the U-joint and assembling the parts thus created.

• Analysis of the assembly is done in ANSYS 15.0.7 with different conditions of torque application and constraints effectively evaluating stresses for safe dimensions.

• As the U-joint has vivid applications therefore optimum modelling and analysis is done.
