Helping nationwide school districts with accurate student test scores both as a scorer and as a supervisor
As scorer, worked with 10 employee teams consistently ranking as fastest scoring team member at 350-550 responses/hour and scoring correctly with team at 85% to 88% rate while attending occasional team meetings to ensure accuracy
As supervisor, looked over work of teams by checking employee performance by viewing scorer speed and accuracy and looking at responses already done by scorers, giving advice based on what I see or if asked by a scorer; leading occasionally necessary meetings
March 2016- June 2017: Apple contractor

Working with a team of 7 other proofreaders to give indirect grammar and Apple style aide to Apple customer service employees improve quality of writing in previous email communications by checking for consistency in both categories
