November 2016 – Current

Business Systems Analyst that provides support for over 300 Power BI and SSRS reports along with 9 other Business applications. These duties include documenting requirements, code review sessions, daily standups, and quality assurance testing with communication to the business.

●IT Enterprise Application team leader for day-to-day business operations for a Report Writer, Developer, and Data Analyst Intern.

●Contributed to the development and deployment of 9 different yearly employee evaluation Nintex forms with integrated business workflows for over 3,000 employees. Resulting in quantifiable scores to justify employee annual pay increases.

●Team leader for the SharePoint 2019 upgrade leading discussions with business stakeholders and the development team along with quality assurance testing, and the recreation of 72 department website pages.

●The main lead for the SQL 2017 BI platform migration for over 150 BI reports with little business outage or impact during the migration process.

●Orchestrated the migration of 33 custom SSRS and BI reports for the Casino Market Place 13 upgrade. Completing data validation and functionality to all reports before the next gaming day.

Multimedia Designer Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort

April 2010 – November 2016 (promoted to BSA)

Multimedia Designer created digital content for 3 properties at Casino Arizona for over 500 digital displays, 8 interactive kiosks, and 2 freeway signs, 3 large scale video walls and animated building lights.

●Implemented 1.5-million-dollar digital signage system (Ballys CoolSign 12). While building a creation process for the multimedia team for all digital signage concepts throughout Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort properties.

●Designed and conceptualized the Spa gift card for key stakeholders improving the purchase process for customers within minutes instead of days.

●Saved time and money by formulating a strategy to create videos in-house for all upcoming events, entertainment, and property outlets when previously it was outsourced.
