Presently Working in QUCON BOILERS PVT. LTD., India. As an Engineer of Project, Service, Operation & Project Coordinator from 13 May, 2019 to till date. This is one of the leading manufacturers of Boilers, which deals with such as Drugs, Pharma, Chemical, Plywood, Rice-Mill, Paper, Dairy, Food Processing and many more areas where process activity is undertaken, by inventing, manufacturing of various products as an energy or power maker or energy saver.

CRUCIAL WORKS TAKEN: -

In my tenure I have done the

A. Installation (Erection) and Commissioning of,

(1) IBR Steam Boiler- 1TPH to 10 TPH. [ AFBC, Internal and External Furnace type, Top Feed Model. Fuel- Solid Fuels- Biomass, Husk, wood, coal, Briquet etc.; Diesel and Gases.]

(2) Review of client or site drawings / documents, approval and management of drawing and site work. Engineering deliverables until completion of contract.

(3) Documents include P&IDs, Foundation layout, GA, Assembly drawings, date sheets, fabrication drawings, piping related drawings, Electrical panel drawing, site related documents and O&M manuals etc.).

(4) IBR Steam Pipeline. (High Pressure Steam Pipe line till 32 kg/cm 2

(5) Pressure Reducing Station (PRS for Steam.)

(6) Gas pipe line and diesel pipe line for Gas fire and diesel fire and duel fire boiler operation respectively. (Gas train assembly in gas fire boiler.)

(7) Hot Water Generator. (8) Thermic Fluid Heater. (9) SIB (Small Industries Boiler).10) EPC – MEP. (11) Plant’s Boiler inspection, Quality and Production. (12) Trunkey Project. (Power/Boiler/Machinery). (13) Steam Line, Water Line. (14) Condensate recovery and plant circulation water line, waste water utilization line. B. Planning, Controlling, co-ordination implementation of 5S, Poka yoka in Plant, product and Project.

C. Plant Quality Circle and Production Supervision, planning, Co-ordinating with other departments for respective project purpose.

D. Kaizan in Production, Quality and final product finishing checking etc.

Worked in THERMODYNE ENGINEERING SYSTEMS ( THERMODYNE BOILERS.), India. As an Engineer of Project, Service, Sale, Operation & Project Coordinator from 01 July, 2017 to 06 May, 2019. This is Steam Boiler manufacturing company, which deals with power or energy sector, by inventing, manufacturing of various products as an energy or power maker or energy saver. CRUCIAL WORKS TAKEN: -

A. In my tenure I have done the Erection and Commissioning of,

(1) IBR Steam Boiler:- (i) 1TPH to 10 TPH. [ AFBC, Internal and External Furnace type. Fuel- Solid Fuels, Diesel and Gases.]

(2) NIBR Steam Boiler:- 100 KG to 900KG.[ Solid Fuels, Oil and Gas fire Type].

(3) Thermic Fluid heater:- [ Fuel:- Solid Fuels, Oil and Gas Fire.]

(4) Hot Water Generator.

(5) Hot Air Generator. (6) SIB (Small Industries Boiler.)

(6) Electra (Electric Steam Boiler, IBR and Non-IBR Boiler.) (8) PRS (Pressurized Condensate Recovery System).

(Like as panel work, Trouble shooting in panel & Burner, and also many other electrical and instrumentation work as well as Assigned.) I. Worked as an Operation and project Co-Ordinator. J. Supervised the work of production and delivery the product to customer timely. K. Material billing, supervision the work of contractor for production in plant and site. L. Daily log-book maintenance, service visit planning, Standardization of office operation process. M. SOP Making for service department. N. Work as an auditor in service department, root-causes analysis, troubleshooting sheet making.

O. Automatic and digitalization of whole operation process for better performance of company, improved production of company, keep record of all documents, good and quality services provided.

Worked in Fair Engineering Enterprise under project of RAJDEEP BOILER PVT. LTD. at HITPPL, India. As an Engineer from 7 Jun, 2016 to 24 June, 2017. An Indian company which deals with Power sector.

CRUCIAL WORKS TAKEN: -

• Worked as a project engineer in Boiler erection and commissioning of capacity 8 ton per hour AFBC, 32 Kg/cm
