·Upon candidate’s completion of “Information Verification Sheet”, take candidate to the Interview room and inform them that the consulting conducting the interview will be with them shortly

·Offer candidate refreshments

·Take all relevant interview documentation to the relevant person conducting the interview and advise them that the candidate is ready for them

·Should the consultant conducting the interview be engaged, advice the candidate accordingly
