Led and coordinated End-user’s ASAB-2 NGL plant project engineering, construction and pre-commissioning/commissioning activities with contractor

Achievements

Led the Operations team during the development of BGD (Bab Gas Development) Project: ITT preparation, Project philosophies & studies development, Design reviews, HSE documents/philosophies development & Review and ORA (Operations Readiness Assurance) development

Led operation team during successful commissioning and startup of ADNOC GP ASAB-2 plant

Led several major shut down activities in both ASAB NGL and condensate plants with zero LTI.

Introduced and led new NGL plant Dry-out procedure to Ortloff licensed section resulted in saving approximately 8 million USD in any startup.

Led ASAB-2 detailed Alarm rationalization team of all disciplines and succeed to minimize the alarms level to almost 8-9 alarm/hours/station

As ASAB-1 Operations superintendent had a great input within the task force in the process of hand over of ASAB-1 plant from ADNOC Onshore to ADNOC GP.

Participated as a key participant in all phases of the major project of AGD-II, FEED (Front End Engineering and Design), EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start Up (in progress).

Positively participated in ASAB-0 Integrated Control System (ICS) activities, created from scratch, complete plant C&E chart.

Received ADNOC HSE awards in 2008 and 2009

Received First ADNOC GP Energy award in 2008

Received several ADNOC GP’s letters of appreciation for outstanding performance.
