Day to Day responsibilities:
Worked with Taleo, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion to process external new hires, internal promotions, internal transfers, independent contractor, and agency temp hires for each line of the business.
Educated and trained newly hired Talent Acquisition Coordinators on NSF policies for scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and interacting with hiring managers, RPO services and other vendors.
