PROJECT: DRILLING & WORKOVER WELLSITE DIVISION EASTERN PROVINCE DAMMAM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

o Responsible to monitor/witness all the civil works activities as per relevant Drawing, Specifications and related Standard.

o Participate in the weekly Progress meeting with the contractor’s. Saudi Aramco: Company General Use

o Review Method statement and Material approval request from the contractors provide technical comments based on code (ACI & BS) and specification. o Review CRS (Comment review sheet) from the designer to make sure that all the comments are incorporated in the drawings prior to commencement of the work by the contractor. o Review FCR (Field change request) submitted by contractor. o Witness all the RFI raised by contractor based on approved ITP, Drawing & specification. o Monitoring morning reports & drilling schedule daily for updates on assigned rigs.

o Adapt in managing project encompassing planning, scheduling and monitoring the project as per schedule.

o Executing the project through the project team by coordinating with client, consultant and sub- contractors at designated Tank Farm area.

o Dealing with design team and consultants for clarification of construction drawing and other details.

o Preparing field change request (FCR) as required by site condition & get approval from client / consultant.

o coordinate to the project manager of sub-contractors on site activities such as work in progress, site problems and recommended actions; Scheduling of heavy equipments, tools and manpower for succeeding day.

o Execute and handling the project in progress, safety and Quality of work. o Prepare and responsible for all detailed quantity estimates of the project. o Evaluate/rechecked subcontractor submitted progress billing such as their quantities and unit cost prior to the approval of the project manager.

PROJECT: Aramco water injection facilities and utilities project-Khurais, Saudi Arabia

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

o Quality control of all civil activities on site as per approved inspection and test plan. o Preparing daily inspection reports on field activities. o Coordinating with the construction engineers and client inspectors before inspection. o Knowledge regarding Quality Management Information System (QMIS). o Marking various types of field changes on drawings, monitoring quality activities and material follow up.

o Reporting to Quality control manager on all quality issues& Preparing required data to resolve site work queries with client.

o Preparing test schedules, frequency of test and sampling related to approved Quality control program.

o Conduct inspection on all materials received at site and ensure materials to be used confirming to contract plans and specifications.

o Preparing weekly and monthly quality report, forecast schedules & inspection reports. o Perform in process and final inspection of civil & structural activities that includes, verify survey works in accordance with the standard & Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings, verify dimension of excavations and concrete structures prior to and after concrete placing, verify laying of asphalt as per standard & IFC drawings

o Review and implement approved Quality Plan, Quality Manuals, Checklist, Inspection, and Test Plan. (QCP, SAIC, SATIP) & perform Quality control reviews of various Engineering IFC drawing, Specification, Contact Documents.

o Meeting and coordinate all department heads, supervisors and foreman's of various works. o Raising non-conformance report if violation of standards & monitoring & surveillance of all activities and materials of construction in accordance with approved drawings and specification. o Witnessing Field Density Test (FDT) by Nuclear Method & Assist and perform all quality faction as directed by QC Manager.

o To prepare monthly client bill and ensure it is submitted to client on 1 st

of every month without fail

& measurement for work executed as per drawing as well as actual at site on daily basis to keep track of work being executed at site.

o To prepare bar bending schedule and got approved by client. o To prepare monthly and overall programmed based on available scope of work & keep track of hindrances caused by inadequate front, drawings, works by other agencies appointed by client/ consultants and provide documentary support to P.I to enable them to bring such incidents to client’s knowledge.

o To verify Petty Contractors and material supplier’s bills for quantity claimed by them and crosscheck it against quantity claimable in contract. Any variation between these quantities should be brought to the notice of P.I.

o To verify material reconciliation statement and prepare variance report on difference exceeding permissible limits.

o To verify and approve records of Petty contracts for balance work left out work etc. and recommended appropriate part rate for the item.

o To follow up and ensure proper work records like Pour card etc. are maintained by supervising staff for all ongoing works and will ensure that the staff seeks client’s approval for execution of work.
