Independent consultancy helping Fortune 500 clients, as well as small to mid-sized companies and startups build innovative and sustainable, integrated talent management (TM) solutions and manage organizational change. Designed and implemented a 90-day development plan for 500+ front-line/mid-level leaders as they transitioned into redefined roles and responsibilities, as part of a large-scale change initiative to improve franchise service levels and increase revenue.

Created the US Field Staff competency matrix, identified critical skill gaps, assessed and validated key performance indicators (KPIs), and designed and implemented 12-month development plan to reinforce and ensure long-term adoption of the new US strategy.
