Lead Service Technician

December 2018 – June 2020 VSC Fire & Security, Jessup MD

Perform daily service repairs found to be deficient during previous inspections to include 5-year inspections, alarm valve repair or replacement, dry valve repair or replacement, various pipe repairs, head changeouts and other required deficiency repairs.

Replace deficient sprinkler alarm devices to include tampers (OS&Y), butterfly valves, high/low air and pressure switches on dry system.

Service fire pumps to include crank casing relief valves, sensing lines, full demo and replacement of fire pumps found inoperable.

Replace and wire inoperable air compressors deemed faulty during inspection and requiring replacement. All electrical work performed to ensure system is functional upon completion.
