Work experience

2017 Cleaning and maintenance Sub- Committee: second in command to assist the house committee in planning and executing tasks for the residence.

2018 Cleaning and Maintenance House Committee member: ensuring that the residence is maintained and that everything functions effectively. In the event that there are maintenance issues I see to it that they are reported to the technical services team and attended to. I am also the middleman between residents and housekeeping services to ensure that both parties understand their duties and responsibilities in the residence.

2018 Deputy Secretary of the Social Work Society: in the absence of the secretary I assist with recording and preparation of the minutes of the executive committee meetings, promote meetings and events of the society and fulfill any other duties allocated to me.

2019 Academic Mentor: first year-level mentor for the Department of Social Development Professions to help students adjust and adapt to the university space from high school. I guide first year's by focusing on all spheres of their lives that are related or could affect their academic performance.

2019 Chairperson of the Social Work Society: to oversee the plans, work and overall progress of the society. To chair meetings and ensure that every member of the committee was performing their duties and is accountable.

2019 Computer Lab Assistant: assist students in computer labs with the use of computers and printing machines and ensuring that all equipment functions effectively.

Volunteer work

2017 Cheshire Home: The Psychology society gave us the opportunity to go to Cheshire home a home for the physically disabled, to help out during lunch time and feed the residents of the home and also do some gardening and cleaning.
