• Certified author for controlled documents (SOP, Production/Quality records, Testing Procedure) revisions/redlines/development.

• Perform In-Process Verification to ensure compliance with Standard Operational Procedures and Quality issues related to inspection, training, and equipment set up.

• Review Batch records including control check sheets, controlled notebooks, raw data, and lab reports.

• Participate in Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and group decision making for process improvement.

• Report to various organization levels including supervisors, managers, and directors.

Key Contributions:

●Coordinated DSM Mesa location’s implementation of an Electronic Document Management (EDM) software/system (including procedures, tools, processes, and software packages). Initiated, analyzed requirements, designed, migrated, tested, implemented, rolled-out, set up, and supported employees how to manage procedures, guidelines, work instructions, instructions to contractors, templates, numbering, and filing systems already in place and how to create new processes and procedures with the software.
