Roles and Responsibilities:

Collection of requirement of Amorphous, Crgo and Kraft paper from planning department by end of every month.

Preparation of flow sheet to know the exact requirement.

Report and discussion with superiors on flow sheet to arrive final quantity of requirement and to release purchase orders for the materials.

Release purchase orders, Approval formalities, forward to suppliers, Obtain order confirmation, etc.,

Chase the suppliers to ensure the shipment (dispatch) of the material on the required date / as per purchase order schedule.

Getting shipment documents from supplier, verification, Insurance coverage if applicable as per incoterms, etc.,

Track the status of the shipment in on-line, getting documents from shipping line for making the payment for delivery order and filing Bill of entry to organize custom clearance for the imported materials.

Clearing the imported goods by using duty free Advance Licenses, Meis licenses.

Get the material to our company in right time to avoid production loss, detention charges, etc.,

Co-ordination with all relevant internal dept., to complete the cycle of procurement activity (till usage of material in production, quality issues, payment to suppliers, service providers, etc.,)

Job work of amorphous core loops.

Preparation of daily/weekly report to arrange the material in line with requirement, Inventory control and to avoid production loss.

Preparation of Foreign currency statement (Forex) monthly to know the cash outflow/required for every month.

Preparation of Custom duty, Shipping line and other urgent payment required for every week/month to know the cash outflow/required for every week/month.

Skills

Familiar with Customs and Procurement Procedure.

Ability to develop multiple sources.

Ability to do cost reduction/negotiation from Suppliers, Service providers & Logistics.

Project Title: Simulation and Control of Solar Wind Hybrid Renewable Power system.

Description: In this project, the proposed HYBRID PV-WIND SYSTEM provides an elegant integration of WIND TURBINE and SOLAR HYBRID SYSTEM, while incurring reduced cost. The proposed scheme of WIND SOLAR HYBRID SYSTEM considerably improves the performance of WECS in terms of enhanced generation capability. SINGLE-STAGE THREE-PHASE GRID-TIED PV-UPQC SYSTEM WITH UNIVERSAL FILTERING CAPABILITY APPLIED TO DG SYSTEMS AND AC MICROGRIDS
