Attending Weekly Safety Meeting for site office safety & security as per client requirements.
Preparing Daily & weekly progress report with inputs from concerned persons.
Organization of labors on site to work as groups for activities.
Maintaining Equipment Time sheet on site.
Devising and maintaining all documents in a systemic way for easy access & traceability
Preparing & checking Foreman Time sheet on daily basis for the calculation of work hours & overtime.
Working in conjunction with Store Keeper (Checking & Arranging) for the Materials & Tools Store requirements at Project site.
