CALL CENTRE AGENT

Having 9months Experience of call centre at MTN Cameroon (From August 2009 to April 2010)

One year nine months experience as a Volunteer at OKALA LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY PLC Yaoundé - Cameroun. (From May 2010 to February 2012). Studied and worked as a business plan and concept note officer. Still with the same company, worked as a customer service agent.

For 3 years now (from 05 Dec 2016 to present) working with Telus International Philippines. Started as a Technical Support Operator and recently got promoted to a Team Manager (since 05 June 2019).

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED

Providing customer services and understanding the needs of the client

Processing of Invoices and payment proposal.
