School Senior Project

Residential and commercial development of the site includes a four-story building designed for exclusive residential apartment use. In addition, the site will include an approximate 28000 square foot residential parking lot. The parking lot servers for residential staff and visitors with 72 parking spots available along with three ADA compliant parking spots with a minimum of one van accessible parking spot. The parking deck is strictly reserved for residential use with ADA compliant parking spaces to the appropriate spaces. The previous dead end will now wrap around the complex giving an additional access point to residential building along with parking deck.

School AutoCad&Revit Project

AutoCAD and Revit Projects: Developed a parking lot area design in order to fit more cars, developed a piece of land by building a sports club and parking lot
