Manage configuring and maintenance of Cisco and Motorola-based networks, maintaining Cable Head End Infrastructure, analyzing and troubleshooting problems for quick resolution, measuring network performance, and resolving network problems.
Spearheaded the migration, integration, and training of a new customer service training environment utilized to push Comcast’s new enhanced customer service approach
Led project to de-commission outdated equipment resulting in a cost savings of close to $4 million and streamlined operations in the engineering department
