1.PROJECT: DOOR TRIM

Activities carried out under this project

Worked for rear door.

Worked on parts of door panel like design of TOP ROLL, DOOR CARRIER

DECO BEZLE, MAP POCKET.

Checking A-surface from the styling data and making master section.

Creation of B & C surface by taking consideration of A surface and master section.

Creation of engineering features by taking consideration of tooling feasibility and 3-2-1 principle.

2. PROJECT: FUSE BOX COVER

Feasibility study of class A surface & generation close volume.

Draft analysis for checking manufacturability of designed part.

Adding strengthen ribs.

Finding tooling direction & extracting parting lines.

Adding fixations considering RPS.

3. PROJECT: MOPED SEAT LOCK COVER & TRUNK CASE

Feasibility study of class A surface & generation close volume.

Draft analysis for checking manufacturability of designed part.

Cleared all errors in B surface & draft analysis.

Adding hook & swing type fixations for locking.

Finding tooling, slider lifter direction & extraction parting line.

4. PROJECT: SEATING BRACKETS MODIFICATONS.

Nonparametric to 3d parametric part.

Done modifications in cad model as per requirement.

Generating close volume of recliner cover using A surface.

Adding strengthening ribs.
