Responsibilities:

To run the team of Quality Staff to control and assure the quality of PET bottles & Preform according to the specification and standards of PEPSI COLA International and COCA COLA

To control and assure the quality of Raw Material (PET),Packing material, Performs and Bottles by conducting various physical and chemical tests such as polarize light,Intrinsic Viscosity, Moisture content Analysis Acetaldehyde test, Stress Crack, Burst test, Top load, Drop Test and thermal Stability etc

Having experience of I.V (Intrinsic Viscosity) Lab; in checking and testing I.V of Performs, Bottles and different types of Polyesters by ASTM D4603 & Zimmer method

Measuring of Acetaldehyde Content in PET bottles and Performs by using Gas Chromatograph Model 6890N and Headspace Sampler G1888 of Agilent Technologies.

Managing trial productions on machines and their approvals from PEPSICO and Coca Cola International approved lab such as China Lab, PSB Lab Singapore, and TNO Lab Netherland and also from Brussels Lab. Belgium.

Testing & Analysis of plant water by using Palintest Photometer 8000.

To control the Parameters of cooling & process water by water treatment, including softening plant, chemical dosing and bleed off system.

To manage the dosage of chemicals for open circuit system & closed circuit system also check dosing & Control system such as scale & corrosion inhibitor dosing pump, conductivity controller with bleed off System, acid dosing pump for adjustment of PH alkalinity, Softener system for hardness removal in water

Review process monitoring sheets and follow up for corrective action to standardize process recipe.

Training of Staff regarding QMS, FSSC and HACCP and also their implementation at plant..

GMPS & GLPS Implementation at plant

Responsible for adherence to PCI & Coke guidelines and requirements in the process of manufacturing, to ensure conformance to specifications of the finished goods

To carry out successful external and internal audits including Pepsi, Coke & ISO of QC department.

Corrective action plans of QMS, FSSC,PCI & Coke Audit findings

Customer complaint handling and root cause analysis for corrective & preventive action.

To prepare department budget and maintain lab stock inventory including chemicals & tools.

To prepare monthly duty schedule of QC Staff.

Reporting to top management regarding QC testing on daily basis. Future Goals:
