RESPONSIBILITIES

Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electrical works at site.

Coordinate with client for any site instructions and inspection of work.

Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis.

Assigning the installation task to team like conduit installation, cable installation, lighting Installation and all electrical work related to scope as per kahramaa and QCS standard.

Installation of cable trays, fire alarm system, Monitoring the Cable Glanding and termination for SMBDs, DBs & MDBs etc.

Perform Testing & Commissioning for LV. Small Power & ELV (Power, Lighting, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control and network cabling installation for networking or data center etc.,)

Well know with Installation of generator with ATS system.

Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications.

Very much familiar with MHs installation & connections (MOI, Vodafone, QNBN, OOREDOO, ELV & LV MHs).

Very much familiar with road works, road connection & road crossings.

Preparation of material submittal and method of statements for the material and works.

Well familiar with the voltage drop calculation, IFC, design drawing, shop drawing, technical drawing and as built- drawing.

Familiar with KAHRAMAA Standards & Requirements for Transformer, Substation & Internal Wiring Inspection.

Aid in conducting minutes of meeting every week.

Co-Ordinate with project management team for clearing punch list.

Support the Construction Manager & Project manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets at site.

Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

Installation of MCC for MV and LV motors.

Installation of transformer MV Panels.

Preparation of Cable Trench for HV, MV & Transformers.

Perform all daily inspection and test report of the scope to achieve the quality of construction required as an inspector.

Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site Engineer for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.

Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, materials delivered and another QA/QC documentation. Responsible for the quality of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Electrical discipline interfacing operations.

Develop method statement and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

Checks and reviews the plans and specification for the proper construction and quality implementation.

Preparing for internal audit every six months from company and yearly audit with main contractor at site.

Preparing for Third party audit for the client purpose. SKILLS

• QA/QC documentations/ inspections, quantity take off and preparing monthly billing as per insp.

• Verification of Calibration and Testing Commissioning. CORE AREA OF EXPERIENCE

• Good at writing Method Statement and ITP for site installation.

• Good Exposure to testing, commissioning.

• Good working knowledge of Auto cad, MS office.

• Knowledge in international and local regulation (QCS, KHARAMAA, IEC).
