At this 328 unit co-op I repair and maintain the building machinery and mechanical equipment. Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a prompt and timely fashion. Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed. Including, but not limited to: repair and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, wiring, circuits, shelving, etc. Up keep of maintenance logs for all federal, state, and city regulations. Manage and work closely with a staff of 20. Create team projects. Oversite of building projects. Staff scheduling. Performing any cleaning, maintenance, or upkeep duties in the building common areas and private residences that is requested or needed. Including, but not limited to: heating systems, building exterior, and roof.

This included vacant units, common areas, basement, and roof. On call 24/7. Repair and/or install general home, kitchen, and bathroom appliances including radiator and shut off valves. Installed and replaced machinery as needed. Examined and tested machinery, equipment, and parts to ensure everything was working properly. Complied with all applicable codes and regulations, as to keep the building safe and in compliance. Addressed the requests of the building board and residents in a prompt and professional manner.
