PROFILE:

Hello my name is Ivan and I am an 25 year old Croatian who is looking for his first maritime job after graduating from maritime college. Being born and living on the Adriatic coast made the sea a part od my personality and during my growing up sailing and driving boats became my passion. In the past 6 years, while studying maritime college, I have gained a lot of knowledge and eyperience in the boat charter industry. I am experienced in successfully operating and supervising boating excursions as well as passengers/boat transfers. I am practical, responsible, patient, professional, easy going which makes me a team player, but when the job requires, I am an independent individual. Now it is time for me to make my way in the merchants ships and thus greatly enrich my knowledge and experience.

-physical work, skipper and boat transfers for the last 6 years

One of lead skippers in company with 15 speed boats (tenders) from 10m. I have gainedcca 150 days per 100 miles a day and over 300+ positive 5 star comments trough site TripAdvisor and GetYourguide from my guests. My job and responsibilities as a skipper:

-Ensuring safety of the crew and guests .

-Communicating with the passengers to provide them an educational tour.

-Maintaining and managing the upkeep of vessels.

-Inspecting and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure the highest boat tour quality.

-During winter days my responies are sibilit repairing boats, polishing stainless steel, polishing hull, cleaning, dry docking each boat.
