> Conducting incoming inspection of raw material, bought items (Screws,

gaskets, etc.), and job works from supplier. Verifying special processes

like heat and surface treatment from supplier.

> Ensuring raw material and standard parts offering to customer as per

customer requirements.

> Maintaining raw material traceability from raw material receipt to at end

of the stage.

> Measuring dimension with different types of measuring instruments like

all types of Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauge, 2D

Height Master, Profile Projector, etc.

> Examining rejection / rework data and using results for improvements.

Maintaining and developing SAP QM module with co-ordinating HOD - QC.

Maintaining and supporting audit related works in all the areas in QC.
