As a collaborative partner I escalated overdue credits for 6 months, resulting in receiving them within the fiscal year as required. Project has contributed $2.1M since April of 2017. It will provide another $2.9M in savings up to p12 of 2018. Led complex negotiations with AT&T as part of Project Argo for contract renewals and new services on $38 million of spend. Achieved forward pricing reductions (18%-49%) on new switched Ethernet platform with improved early term penalties. Eliminated revenue commitment. Negotiated renewal of all Data Legacy Services protecting against rate increases. Negotiated renewal of all Voice Legacy services, protecting custom routing and features supporting BT’s largest customer.

Managing the commercial implementation of a new switched Ethernet platform with AT&T. Engaged operational departments – including PM, Operations, Planning, TSO, Legal and Product Management.
