• Direct operations and strategic trajectory of Hospital Data Insights (HDI) Adults, Pediatrics, and other data analytics tools that enable over 1000 users to analyze over 2 million data points.

• Develop annual strategic plan that includes sales strategy, data releases, new product launches and product improvements by working with internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead post-sales onboarding and consulting activities of over 350 hospitals that includes interactive training sessions to ensure C-suite hospital customers are positioned to successfully perform benchmarking analyses to drive quality improvement and patient safety related to the U.S. News Best Hospitals and Best Children’s Hospitals rankings and ratings.

• Synthesize data and partner with the technical team to deliver visualization tools to better assist the end user dissect complex data sets.

• Conducted molecular surveillance activities to monitor enteric diseases in Kentucky by analyzing Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis results and provide data to the Division of Epidemiology to determine if cases are related.

• Served as liaison between the Division of Laboratory Services and the Reportable Disease Section of Epidemiology to increase communications and enhance relationships. Conduct monthly meetings between the two divisions.

• Monitored quality assurance measurements in the Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis laboratory to ensure excellence and accuracy in laboratory testing.

• Secured nearly $500K in federal grant funds for the Department for Public Health, Division of Laboratory Services to continue infectious disease testing.

• Led participation in two pilot programs and serve as Program Manager for two projects testing the precision of rapid laboratory tests.
