Studying the specification with Costing sheet to understand the scope of works.

To discuss with my manager, if we have any discrepancies between the customer BOM with specification to full fill the customer requirement.

Coordinate with customer to get the technical inputs & requirements for drawing preparation.

Preparation of Configuration, Schematic, Functional Description of Substation Control System, Handbook for Substation Control System (SCS) Panels as per customer requirement.

Drawing Submitted & Coordinate with customer to get the drawing approval/comments.

Resubmit the drawings again to customer to get the approval, if there is any comments received from the customer.

After getting the final drawing approval, prepare the manufacturing documents like EQL, Panel wise GA, NPL for Material procurement and Panel Manufacturing purpose.

Preparing offline configuration in PAS & HMI screen in WinCC as per customer requirement. This offline configuration will be sent factory and testing will be done.

Clarifying the queries received from the factory during wiring/testing of the panels.

Coordinating with factory for testing and to complete FAT.
