Most Key Responsibilities.
Post contract - with Consultant.
Monitoring, followup and keep updates/records on contractual issues from commencement of contractual arrangements until final settlement,discharge of obligations and defect liablity during defect liability period.
Manage and secure Projects interests with necessary bonds, warranties, insurances etc.
Implementing and maintaining required cost control procedures for Cost Control Activities during the construction statage.
Drafting contractual letters (initiating and answering)
Identify variations to the Contract and potential claims. Notify to Employer about cost impact in advance and implications as per Contract requirements. Also, ensure notifications are timely responded to avoid the time delay situation
Maintain standard notification log, identifying Employer’s delay risk events.
Evaluation of interim payment application and prepare interim payment certificates.
Evaluation of variations, additional works and omissions.
Preparation of monthly cost reports including payments, variations and cliams details etc.
Provisional sum & Prime Cost item works Tender documents preparation and nomination.
Study/Preparation of Value Engineering options and propose/discuss with Employer.
Conduct commercial meeting on regular basis.

Post contract - with Main Contractor.
Prepare and submit the interim payment application to the consultant.
Issuing notice for the changes to consultant on timly manner.
Prepare, submit and negoziate the variation, claims and value Engineering proposals to the consultant/Employer.
Preparation of monthly cost reports.
Monior and manage the Contracts with contractual requirements.
Keep track of construction materials and inventory
Keep all costs data up-to-date, and incorporate in Monthly Cost Control.
Subcontract Administration.
Review subcontract and purchase order agreements prior to issue to ensure they are in line with Project requirements

- Preliminary cost estimate, cencept and periodic analysis throughout the schematic to details design development.
Tender Management:
- Preparations of tender document including quantity takeoff (Civil,MEP & Interior design/fitouts) and BoQ,Tender and Contract Conditions, finalize the tender documents and release the tender.
- Invitation followup,responds to tender querry tender addendum and issue to tenderers.
- Tender analysis and prepare tender evaluation reports to the Empoyer with recommendations.
- Arrange and conduct post tender clarification meetings and achive best tender offer from bidders to reach final price.
- Contract award recommendations & Contract documentations, Prepare Letter of Acceptance / Award / Intent.
