Review the documents and ensure that all the data required for quoting are available in the documents

Taking quantity from Tender drawings

Clarifying technical details of the equipment’s

Selection of Equipment’s (Chiller, FAHU,FCU, DX, VRF, Pumps and Fans)

Send enquires to the specified suppliers

Evaluate the supplier quotation against the tender requirements

Estimate the Final cost and submitting the BOQ

Build Relationship with customers

Making Required Material submittal and Technical support for awarded projects

Preparation of variations and running bills of concerned projects.

Efficiently Manage, Supervise and Monitor the projects.

Accountable for the entire Project Management with Design, Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning.

Forecast manpower, material, tools & machinery as per project requirements.

Ensure timely procurement of both long lead and short lead materials for construction.

Quality Supervision of day to day work assign to technicians, foreman’s & providing technical supports to them for effective & quick troubleshooting.

Raise inspection requests to consultants and provide supervision during inspection.

Supervise testing and commissioning of various systems.

Track As-built documents for smooth handover of projects.
