Senior Manager – Global Supply Chain

Strategically led a team through global sales and operations processes, planning, supplier sourcing/management, purchasing, sales order fulfillment, systems implementation, process improvement, SKU reduction, and inventory control.

Assumed ownership of supply chain and sourcing activities on a global scale. Executed over 20 improvement projects that produced $3.2M in cost savings.

Orchestrated complex planning coordination to revamp the supply chain of helmets. Shifted to a 98% ocean shipping model, which generated $2M in cost avoidance.

Assertively negotiated contracts and pricing agreements with vendors throughout the supply chain. Lowered the number of orders aged by more than one week by 78%.
