Projects Undertaken:

1. Project Name: Paint Room

Client: Gestamp (Shrenik), Inox

Software Used: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Ansys

Project Description:

• Designed and Validated Structural Column and Beams (Lattice Type) for Indoor Room of size 7Mtrs x 7Mtrs x 40Mtrs.

• A Well balanced ventilation system was designed to make system as effective as possible.

• To maintain a standard negative pressure in the room, various automated systems were coupled with the axial fans without compromising the flow needed in the Room.

• The Fan Coupled with VFD was checked for Resonance in operating range on Ansys.

• The Ducting was Designed as per Equal Velocity Method

• The Hot Air Generator & Burner capacity was calculated as per the Back Pressure generated by Fan, Airflow, Time required to achieved the Temperature Difference considering the losses

2. Project Name: Blast Room

Client: Gestamp (Shrenik), L&T, Siemens, Inox

Software Used: SolidWorks, AutoCAD

Project Description:

• Designed and Validated Structural Column and Beams (Lattice Type) for Indoor Room of size 7Mtrs x 7Mtrs x 40Mtrs.

• Full Floor Recycling & Reclaiming System of Abrasive was designed.

• Dust Collector was Designed as per the Standard Norms to Suck out the Dust generated in the Room and to Maintain a good visibility in the Room.

• Planning a Pit or Civil Drawing for Reclaiming System. 3. Project Name: Sliding Door for Oven and Paint Booth for Industrial Rooms Client: Taikisha

Project Description:

• Designed and Validated Truss Beam structure made out of Light Sheet Metal Structure.

• Designed the Rack and Pinion arrangement for the Movement of the Door with proper selection of Gearbox and Motor.

4. Project Name: Battery Operated Trolley

Client: Thyssenkrupp (40 Tons)

Software Used: Solidworks, Autocad

Project Description:

• Designing of Trolley Structure, Wheels & Shafts

• Selecting suitable Bearings, Gear box and motor.

• Appropriate Sensors were mounted on the Trolley to avoid any smashing of any obstacles while working.

5. Project Name: Tugger

Client: Thyssenkrupp (50 Tons)

Software Used: Solidworks, Autocad

Project Description:

• The Tugger was used to pull of the 50 Tons load.

• Designing of Tugger Structure, Wheels & Shafts

• Calculating the Dead load for generating the required Traction Force to pull up a 50 Tons Load

6. Project Name: Blast Hopper

Client: Thyssenkrupp, L&T, Shrenik, etc

Project Description:

• Designing of Pressure Vessel as per ASME norms
