JOB FUNTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Knowledge of Insulation (ccv), jacketing, tapping, armouring, drum twister, and lead extruder.

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Supervising hourly production.

Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.

Utilization of manpower accurately.

Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.

Organizing daily work at shop floor.

Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.

Analysis of daily material consumption and generation of production reports.

Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers.

Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities.

Coordinating with purchase, planning, stores & tool room.

Responsible for suggestion and Kaizen activities.

Removing useless material on work zone.

Giving proper attention towards work failure and reducing scrap.

Preserving discipline according to safety rules.

Implementation of safety audits, 5'S.

Organizing quality circles in department.

Development of operator through multi skill

Conducting continuous improvement projects.

Examine the needs for training and provide on the job training to departmental personnel.

Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department.

Arranging certain training programs to enhance productivity using improvement techniques such as 5'S .

Maintain the all documents as per ISO 9001-2015, ISO: 14001-2015 & ISO 45001 : 2018.
