• Responsible for getting the day to day operations streamlined, inventory and warehouse management, IT Implementation and Admin related issues managed through the respective functional heads.

• Monitor the documentation of all operations to ensure that consistent and efficient workflows are in place yielding optimal productivity and performance.

• Responsible for supporting the production and planning of production, procurement and planning daily operations.

• Support optimization of office and warehousing space.

• Monitor the control of stock and inventory, ensuring improvements in the coding and accessibility program of information on stock.

• Monitor and support management of logistics (shipping) department, to ensure timely and efficient service to clients, and efficient movement of purchased stock to local warehouse.

• Communicate with all relevant line managers and employees to ensure cordial work environment is maintained.

• Help in planning of schedules and reviews regarding workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on cost effective basis.

• Continuously improve existing systems and policies, and ensure projects remain within governance of the respective function heads and adopt best practices.

• Manage HR team for day to day organizational requirements.

• Hire for various direct report roles and manage the entire gamut of Operational HR issues
